Registered Nurse Integration coach

Conduct pre-treatment patient assessments, establish IV access, and administer ketamine infusions per physician orders while continuously monitoring cardiac status, pulse oximetry, and respiratory function. Recognize and respond to adverse reactions by administering emergency medications and performing advanced life support interventions as needed. Document all care accurately in the electronic medical record, provide patient education on expectations and side effects, and manage medication inventory in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and maintain patient confidentiality. Requires RN license with 5 years ER experience, BLS/ACLS certification, and ability to work in an outpatient mental health setting.
