Job Summary
Provide high-standard nursing care for inpatients and outpatients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures at Lake Imaging's private radiology team in Geelong. Deliver pre, peri, and post-examination support for patients receiving General X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Fluoroscopy services across private hospitals and community clinics. Maintain AHPRA registration and hold current COVID vaccination status, while demonstrating strong communication and emergency response skills within a multidisciplinary team. This part-time role (0.6) offers flexible working arrangements, in-house training for CPR and cannulation, and a supportive environment focused on work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration
- COVID Vaccination
- Strong patient centred care approach with an ability to effectively build patient relationships
- Cannulation qualification
- Strong organisational, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
