Job Summary
Registered Nurse delivers inpatient wound/ostomy care per diem, performing nursing assessments, formulating and implementing individualized care plans, documenting outcomes, and coordinating with the care team. Nurse must float as needed per unit policy, maintain professional nursing standards, comply with applicable nurse practice acts, and demonstrate collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Requires an active RN license in NJ or PA (based on work location) and BLS certification; one year of medical/surgical experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of New Jersey or Pennsylvania (based on work location)
- Evidence of successful completion of BLS
