Job Summary
Registered Nurse - Inpatient Surgery at Yale New Haven Health System with new graduate applicants welcome. Role involves standards of nursing practice and professional performance across inpatient post-operative units at York Street Campus and Saint Raphael Campus, including units focused on colorectal, bariatric, colo-rectal, and general surgical populations. The RN will apply the ANA Standards of Practice, coordinate care, lead and collaborate with health care teams, and participate in the Nurse Residency Program upon hire. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed and currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut
- Current BCLS certification or must obtain within one month of hire
- Clinical specialty certification highly encouraged
- BSN preferred
