Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients in an inpatient rehabilitation unit. Monitor and manage patients transitioning from acute care to rehabilitation, support neurological recovery and functional progress, and educate patients and families throughout the recovery journey. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and behavioral health teams in a unit-based care environment to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality care focused on long-term outcomes for children recovering from neurological injuries. This role emphasizes specialized pediatric rehab experience, neuro-focused care, and a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to support targeted education, team alignment, and patient-family engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (Texas)
- Med/Surg or ICU experience
