Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in an inpatient rehabilitation unit. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, administer medications, coordinate individualized rehabilitation plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and therapists. Educate patients and families, and uphold safety and infection control standards in a team-focused, evidence-based care environment.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- Inpatient rehab experience preferred (not required to be specified)
