Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab

Registered Nurse in Inpatient Rehab Unit at Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital in Hartford, CT. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals; administering medications and IV therapy; monitoring for complications, infections, or changes in condition; responding to emergencies; and assisting patients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote functional independence. Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing school and a valid CT RN license. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with two or more years of rehabilitation, orthopedic, or med-surg nursing in an acute inpatient setting. BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) preferred. Position is part-time – 24 hours – days, with rotating weekends/holidays. Hourly pay range: $36.15 to $59.95.
