Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab

Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records. Develop and implement individualized plans of care, evaluating patient responses and intervening to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrate competency in therapeutic interventions including IVs, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collections. Maintain accurate, confidential patient charts and document ongoing status, interventions, and outcomes using information technology. Provide patient and family education by assessing learning readiness and evaluating teaching effectiveness. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to protect patient health, safety, and rights while adhering to the State Nurse Practice Act.
