Registered Nurse / Inpatient / FT / Days

Registered Nurse for Inpatient unit responsible for ongoing nursing assessments and data collection across physiologic, psychological and cognitive domains; formulates goal-directed care plans based on nursing diagnoses and patient outcomes; implements skilled nursing care to achieve outcomes; establishes priorities based on patient needs and available resources; responds efficiently in emergency situations following protocols; applies knowledge of medical/surgical care, pain assessment, pharmacology and anesthesia-related factors; performs thorough documentation in patient records; collaborates within a care team; maintains active BLS and ACLS certifications; supports de-escalation training and participates in mandatory in-service trainings and staff meetings; flexible and adaptable to new ideas and approaches; adheres to Patient Rights policy and assists with other duties as needed.
