Registered Nurse, Inpatient Float Pool

Render professional nursing care to assigned patients within the hospital by completing initial and ongoing assessments, performing plan of care interventions including medication administration and specimen collection, and documenting patient care. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physician, and family while assisting with activities of daily living. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient transfers, discharge planning, and education needs, acting as an advocate for physical and emotional well-being. Supervise and delegate duties to ancillary personnel as directed. Must be willing to be trained to Med/Surg, ED, and ICU. Requires current NC RN license, Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Day shift from 7am to 7pm.
