Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to patients with acute or chronic renal failure, including pre-dialysis assessment, dialysis access management, and monitoring during and after treatment. Operate dialysis machinery, perform point-of-care lab testing, and deliver patient and family education. Maintain an active RN license in Missouri and obtain BLS certification within 90 days. Work a 36-hour day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. CoxHealth, a leading healthcare system serving 25 counties across southwest Missouri and northern Arkansas, offers this weekend option role within its network of six hospitals and over 80 clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
- RN license active in the state of Missouri
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days)
