Registered Nurse- Inpatient Dialysis

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in varying states of health within the inpatient dialysis unit. Provide direct patient care, instruction, and prepare for discharge planning while functioning as an essential member of multidisciplinary teams. Take charge of operational needs as required. Requires current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont, an ADN degree (BSN preferred), and greater than one year of experience in the specific clinical area. Located in Burlington, Vermont, the team offers structured preceptorships, continuing education, and a culture of shared governance with great patient ratios.
