Registered Nurse- Inpatient Dialysis

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in varying states of health within the inpatient dialysis unit. Function as an essential member of multidisciplinary teams by providing direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for post-discharge continuing care. Take charge of operational needs as required. Maintain current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont with an ADN degree, while contributing to a culture that prioritizes safe patient handling, structured preceptorships, and shared governance.
