Registered Nurse - Inpatient Dialysis - RN

Coordinate nursing care for hospitalized acute and chronic renal failure patients across neonate to geriatric age groups, providing 24-hour hemodialysis coverage at SMC and RMC units and ICUs. Manage patient/family education, transitions of care, and delegate tasks based on skill level, experience, and patient acuity. Lead through preceptor roles, quality improvement efforts, and committee participation while adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and ANA standards. Drive a personal vehicle as required for some positions. Eligible for TN sponsorship requiring state licensure and VisaScreen certification.
