Job Summary
Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis) in a hospital setting, collaborating with hospital teams to monitor patients and adjust treatment; role includes working across ICU/CCU/ED and other acute care units, with on-call shifts and rotating between hospital facilities. Training provided; no dialysis experience is required initially. Requires current RN license in the state of practice; ADN required; BSN preferred. Color vision test required; CNN/CDN certification preferred. The position emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and career development within a hospital nephrology/dialysis program.
