Job Summary
Deliver nursing care in the inpatient behavioral health setting, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients. Communicate with health care team members, patients, and families; coordinate and delegate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues; update and manage patient records in the electronic health record; follow policies and contribute to quality improvement projects; support leadership as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred)
- 1+ years of Inpatient Behavioral Health RN experience preferred
- Certification in basic life support (BLS)
- Experience with electronic health record preferred
