Registered Nurse - Innovation Unit

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse med-surg patient population, including wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, g-tube management, and support for stable tracheostomies. Collaborate with fellow nurses, leaders, and interdisciplinary partners to ensure safe, coordinated, and patient-centered care throughout each shift. Participate in testing and evaluating new technologies, workflows, and quality initiatives, offering meaningful feedback that helps refine and advance organizational practices. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory and organizational standards while actively engaging in innovation and process improvement efforts. Work the 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM night shift, full-time.
