Registered Nurse - Infusion Services

Assess patient needs based on history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data while providing age-specific nursing interventions consistent with the plan of care and standards of practice. Utilize appropriate health and safety equipment to protect patients and staff, and apply standard work in relation to Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators. Foster an environment demonstrating caring, compassion, and respect for patients, families, and visitors. Contribute to department performance through precepting and mentoring novice employees, while cultivating evidence-based practices and participating in educational offerings for continued professional growth. Float to assist in other like units as needed. Full-time employment with 72 hours biweekly.
