Job Summary
Infusion Registered Nurse (Per Diem) administer infusion treatments, calculate and mix prescription medications, and perform skillful IV insertions. Responsible for monitoring patients before, during, and after infusion, documenting assessments and daily charting, and communicating with providers via Telehealth. Will assist with inventory/supply management, participate in CQI activities, and supervise assigned unlicensed direct patient care staff. Travel to additional clinics for coverage is required. Must hold a current state RN licensure, and a nursing degree (bachelor’s preferred). CPR/BLS required; ONC/CRNI and ICU/ED experience are considered assets. The role is based in Wisconsin with offices in Glendale, Greenfield, and Brookfield. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state professional nurse licensure
- Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree
- CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year IV experience
- Infusion experience (preferred)
- ONC Certification (preferred)
- CRNI Certification (preferred)
- ICU/ED experience (preferred)
