Job Summary
Provide safe, patient-centered care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical practices while collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient outcomes. Work closely with patients and families to communicate results and coordinate care within the Deaconess Care Team. Requires active RN license, current AHA BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical unit experience. Hourly range is $31.25-$46.88 with eligibility for evening/night and weekend shift incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or Red Cross BLS certification required upon hire
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing
Desired Qualifications
- At least one-year previous experience in clinical unit preferred
