Registered Nurse, Infusion Clinic

Apply the nursing process to plan and implement patient care, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. Collaborate in establishing patient goals, analyze comprehensive information to determine nursing diagnoses, and evaluate progress to ensure effective outcomes. Conduct primary care patient interviews and physical examinations while employing strategies to promote a safe and healthy environment. Search for evidence to answer clinical questions and adapt to changes in patient care needs with minimal disruption. Generally work under the direction of others while accomplishing assignments.
