Job Summary
Registered Nurse (Infusion Center) role providing patient-centered care through the nursing process within Mercy’s infusion center. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring care aligns with Mercy Service Standards. Requires current RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS certification; several advanced certifications may be required depending on unit. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required (ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/PALS/PEARS/S.T.A.B.L.E./C-EFM) as position/unit requires
- Ability to meet physical demands (pushing/pulling/lifting 50 pounds, standing/walking for shifts, reaching/bending/kneeling/twisting/squatting)
