Job Summary
As the Coordinator of Clinical Applications, responsible for training, support, and refinement of the Advanced Clinicals and Meaningful Use initiatives, and for clinical applications across the facility. Leads implementation and support of CPOE and related clinical tools; develops and executes an education plan and resources; provides project leadership for clinical system functions; resolves escalated issues; reviews evidence-based order sets and monitors usage trends to identify gaps and opportunities with action plans; requires strong Meditech knowledge, regulatory understanding (HIPAA, Joint Commission, MQSA, ACR), leadership, teaching, and cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Texas RN License (RN)
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- No Travel Required
- 3 years experience Required
- Proficiency in Meditech
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service orientation and/or training
- Leadership and teaching abilities
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate with team
