Job Summary
Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating healthcare services within the Residential and Community Base Services program, implementing healthcare goals, maintaining electronic health records, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires PA RN licensure, experience in acute/long-term care or with intellectual/developmental disabilities, strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with computer/office equipment. Performs nursing processes, patient assessments, medication monitoring, staff education, and ensures regulatory compliance; participates in on-call and clinic rotations and supports HIPAA standards and resident rights.
Required Qualifications
- Current PA Nursing License (RN)
- Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
- Two years of experience in acute or long-term care or with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clear three-year driving record
