Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in-home care role focused on non-invasive assessments and care oversight. Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments, develop and revise individualized care plans, provide guidance to caregivers to ensure quality of care, monitor client progress, and ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards. Part-time position requiring travel to clients' homes in Shawnee, OK, with majority travel to outlying areas. No hands-on bedside nursing; remote work not indicated. Must hold an Oklahoma RN license in good standing, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable visiting clients in their homes.
Required Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma RN license in good standing
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for home visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and a genuine passion for elder care
- Previous home health, hospice, or geriatric nursing experience a plus—but not required
