Registered Nurse - Immediate Hiring

Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care on a nursing unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans; supervises non‐RN personnel, acts as charge nurse, and may precept new staff. Responsibilities include coordinating with the healthcare team, documenting plans of care, educating patients and families, and ensuring safe discharge. The role covers neuro-focused care with skills in neurology assessment, airway management, suctioning, and devices (tracheostomy, ventilator, and related supports). The unit specialties include Neuro, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiothoracic ICU, with advanced cardiac care and potential exposure to devices such as LVADs, ECMO, IABP, and Impella. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, CT RN licensure, BCLS within one month, with BSN preferred and clinical certification encouraged.
