Registered Nurse - IMCU Telemetry - Nights

Conduct continuous cardiac monitoring and immediate response to hemodynamic instability for patients in the Intensive Care Unit and telemetry unit. Perform vital sign assessments, administer medications per protocol, and coordinate care with physicians and specialists. Manage patient transfers between units and maintain accurate documentation of all clinical interventions. Work nights with rotating shifts to ensure 24-hour coverage.
