Job Summary
Registered Nurse – IMCU with full-time night shift. Coordinates, implements, and plans nursing care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team across Adult Medical/Surgical, Pediatric Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, Oncology, and Emergency settings as applicable. Requires licensure in Tennessee, a nursing diploma/degree, and active BLS; ACLS within specified timelines; certification in NVCI, TNCC/PALS/ENPC as applicable; CCRN/CCP for certain critical care tracks; oncology credential within one year for chemo/immunotherapy contexts. Duties include conducting comprehensive assessments, planning individualized care, patient teaching and discharge planning, accurate documentation, medication administration, and maintaining a safe, healing environment. Proficiency with telemetry, Omnicell, and hospital systems; ability to handle high-stress situations and long shifts; strong English communication skills. Experience in adult and pediatric care delivery across specified units is preferred depending on unit assignment (Adult Emergency, Pediatric Emergency, Critical Care, Oncology, etc.). Location is College Grove, TN (Williamson Health).
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- ACLS within 6 months of hire (various units)
- NVCI certification within 6 months of hire (various units)
- TNCC/PALS/ENPC within 6 months of hire (where applicable)
- ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year of hire (for Oncology)
- RN license
- One year of emergency/pediatric experience preferred for certain units
- AACN CCRN/CCP within two years (for Critical Care)
