Registered Nurse - IMCU - Day/Night Rotation

Registered Nurse on the IMCU 30-bed unit with high-acuity care, including cardiac and EP procedures, respiratory support (CPAP/BiPAP), and sepsis/DKA management. Responsibilities include implementing, directing and coordinating patient care through the nursing process for a 12-hour Day/Night rotation on a full-time schedule (72 hours biweekly) with every third weekend. The role offers an orientation program (ECCO, ACLS, NIHSS), mentorship, a residency pathway for new graduates, opportunities for committee participation, and a Clinical Ladder for professional growth; PCCN certification is available after 2 years of experience. The position emphasizes leadership presence on every shift and supports progression toward ICU/CCU careers.
