Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- BLS certification required

- Familiarity with nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Ability to manage complex patient care needs
Additional Requirements
- All newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency program or other specific orientation
- Completion of all annual competency verification requirements is mandatory
