Job Summary
Registered Nurse IMC in full-time day shift providing safe, competent nursing care for patients in an acute care setting. Leads and supports the healthcare team, oversees staff under supervision, and delivers patient-centered nursing across emergency, cardiac, neurology, surgical, and gastroenterology services in an inpatient environment. Role requires BSN preferred, Nevada RN license, and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS or NRP as required by department; one year of acute care experience or approved specialty training. The position emphasizes adherence to facility policies and standards and contributing to exemplary patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada
- BSN preferred
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification (Adult patients) or equivalent
- PALS certification (Pediatric patients) or NRP (Neonatal patients) per department
- 1 year acute care experience or approved specialty training
- Education: Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Specialty course or equivalent within department requirements
