Job Summary
Execute clinical judgment by synthesizing data to anticipate problems and respond to complex situations in the Vascular Access Team. Collaborate with families and providers to develop comprehensive care plans, modify education programs using teach-back methods, and support transitions to home. Lead efforts to improve documentation, safety compliance, and regulatory standards while serving as charge nurse to coordinate team care delivery. Mentor peers, precept students, and drive clinical inquiry to improve practice standards.
Required Qualifications
- BSN from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution or MSN required
- 5+ years related experience
- Active Ohio RN License
- Active certification and some require specialty certification
