Job Summary
Registered Nurse II- PRN position providing individualized, goal-directed patient care within a hospital setting. Collaborates with the health care team to deliver safe and effective nursing care utilizing the nursing process. Requires SC RN licensure (or compact state), BLS, and ACLS; an Associate degree in nursing is required with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. On-site PRN role in Columbia, SC with flexible 12-hour weekly hours and opportunities to work 24 or 48 hours per 6 weeks; physical ability and multi-directional mobility to support patient care and bedside responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required
- Associate degree in nursing
