Registered Nurse II, Pediatrics

Provide assessment, coordination, delivery and evaluation of nursing care in an acute pediatric setting; direct patient care and patient/family education; coordinate transitions of care; develop and implement a care plan incorporating psychosocial factors; maintain collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team; adhere to policies and regulations; requires RN licensure and BLS, with PALS preferred; 2 years pediatrics acute-care experience; strong communication, time management, and organizational skills; privacy of PHI maintained; independent and team-based work; nights, full-time schedule, 36 hours weekly; location: Sacramento, CA.
