Job Summary
Conduct center assessments using Health and Wellness PCA tools and perform internal record audits for compliance. Manage student care by triaging files, performing cursory health evaluations, administering medications, and providing primary care for trauma and chronic conditions. Collaborate with medical providers on case management for psychotropic and chronic medications while participating in biochemical and tobacco prevention programs. Maintain medical records, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to Privacy Act and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must have current state license to practice independently in the state of OR
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR Certificate
- Must have 2-4 years of experience
- Maintain BLS certification
