Job Summary
Registered Nurse II, GI at Sutter Health delivers and coordinates holistic nursing care in an acute setting, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Responsible for developing and coordinating a plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors; communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers; ensures privacy and regulatory compliance; and demonstrates strong time-management and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- RN license for the state where care is provided
- BLS Healthcare Provider
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing OR RN program completion
- Typically 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- 2 years RN experience with PACU/ED/ICU in a multiple specialty acute care facility within the last two years
