Job Summary
Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level on a 20-bed acute care, post-operative unit specializing in orthopedic and urology surgeries. Deliver safe and effective care while interacting with the healthcare team to achieve desired results under general supervision. Maintain licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing and hold current Basic Life Support certification. Work rotating shifts including weekends and overtime as required, with a preference for a Bachelor of Nursing degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred
- A minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse
- Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
