Registered Nurse iFlex Internal Travel Team Step Down

iFlex RN role delivering nursing care across multiple units within Intermountain’s internal travel network. Float to other units as needed across the network, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice. Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to direct and coordinate care; develop individualized care plans; prepare patients for discharge with education, referrals, and follow-up care; maintain compliance with legal/ethical standards and accurate documentation. Typical admissions include sepsis, diabetes, electrolyte imbalances, GI disorders, respiratory conditions, cardiac care, kidney and liver disease, and postoperative care. Position requires adaptability, variable shifts, and full-time hours for a 3-month assignment with 2–3 assignments per calendar year; travel within Intermountain region; may float to assigned facilities; housing reimbursement for assignments >50 miles from home.
