Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with conditions including sepsis, diabetes, and respiratory disorders. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, prepare patients for discharge, and document compliance with legal standards. Float between units as needed to support multiple sites across the Intermountain network. Maintain BLS certification and current RN licensure for this full-time assignment requiring variable shifts, 2–3 trips per year, and a pay rate of $58–$65/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of recent ICU or Med/Surg experience
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Must be able to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients
- Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment
- Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items
- Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients
- Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms
- May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time
- Expected to fill 's Regional Hospital
- Our iFlex RNs are expected to float if not needed at assigned facility
- All iFlex employees will be expected to accept assignments in any Intermountain region
