Job Summary
iFlex Registered Nurse role at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital offering internal travel across Intermountain facilities. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams; developing individualized care plans; preparing patients for discharge; and floating to other units as needed. Must maintain licensure, provide patient-centered care, and operate within ethical/legal standards in a Magnet-designated Level II trauma center setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- 2 years of recent ICU or Med/Surg experience
