Registered Nurse iFlex Internal Travel Team Med Surg

iFlex RN role within Intermountain’s internal travel agency, floating to multiple sites across the network to deliver nursing care across various units. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; developing individualized care plans; providing or delegating patient care per plans and guidelines; preparing patients for discharge with education, referrals, and follow-up care; and adapting interventions based on patient response. Roles require flexibility to float to different units and accept assignments across Intermountain facilities in multiple regions.
