Job Summary
iFlex RN role with Intermountain's Internal Travel Agency, providing patient-centered nursing care across multiple units at St. Vincent Regional Hospital and other Intermountain facilities. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care; collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; developing individualized care plans; providing or delegating patient care per plans and licensure; preparing patients for discharge with education, referrals, and follow-up care; and floating to other units as needed. Requires 2 years of ICU or Med/Surg experience, current RN license, and BLS. Shifts are variable with 40 hours per week during a 3-month assignment; travel across Intermountain regions (UT, CO, ID, MT, NV) with housing reimbursement for assignments farther than 50 miles. Pay ranges from $58–$65/hour, with annualized salary $120,640–$135,200. Location includes Billings, MT at St. Vincent Regional Hospital; and multiple Intermountain locations in the listed states.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of ICU or Med/Surg experience
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
