Job Summary

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for ICU, cardiac, orthopedic, neurological, respiratory, pediatric, surgical, maternity, and oncology admissions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, develop individualized care plans, and prepare patients for discharge with education and referrals. Document care accurately while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards. Float to other units within the facility as needed and accept assignments across Intermountain regions in Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada. Full-time hours during a 3-month assignment with 2–3 assignments per year required.

Required Qualifications

2 years of recent ICU or Med/Surg experience
Current RN license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
Must be able to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients
Must be able to bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment
Must be able to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients
Must be able to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time
