Job Summary
iFlex RN role at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. You’ll be part of Intermountain’s internal travel agency, floating to multiple sites within the network to deliver nursing care across ICU/Med‐Surg units. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; developing individualized care plans; providing or delegating care per plans and licensure; and discharge education and follow‐up. Requires 2+ years ICU or Med/Surg experience, current RN license, and BLS. Schedule is full‐time for a 3‐month assignment with 2–3 assignments per year; compensation is $58–$65/hour with pro‐rated housing reimbursement for assignments >50 miles. RNs may float to other Intermountain facilities as needed and must be willing to accept assignments across multiple regions. Location is Grand Junction, Colorado. Benefits and travel requirements are noted in the posting; all Intermountain regions/facilities may be used for assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Two years of ICU or Med/Surg experience
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
