Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments, recognize health issues, and develop tailored care plans to address individual patient needs. Continuously assess patient responses and adjust care as necessary within the Intensive Care Unit. Requires a current and valid nursing license, BLS certification, and at least one year of ICU experience. This role supports a team focused on enhancing care quality and improving patient outcomes through a professional practice model.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Specialized field of study in nursing
- A current and valid nursing license
- BLS certification (or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of starting)
- Must have at least 1 year relevant work experience in Intensive Care Unit
