Registered Nurse ICU Stepdown

Job Summary
Provide care for critically ill patients in ICU Stepdown, including respiratory failure management, ventilator weaning, and multisystem monitoring. Implement and monitor patient care plans; coordinate care across disciplines; document and communicate patient condition; administer and verify physician and nursing orders; assist with discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team. Requires an Indiana RN license and BLS certification; nursing diploma or professional licensure at hire. Schedule: Days, Part-Time, 7am–7:30am with every third weekend/holiday rotation. Preferred: RN ICU/Progressive care experience.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in Indiana
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire
- RN credentialed from Indiana Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire
