Job Summary
Assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms, and develop patient care plans to enhance outcomes on the 11-bed ICU Step-Down unit. Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care while functioning as an advisor and resource for patients and families. Clear obstacles related to patient care and utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to improve outcomes. Requires Maryland Registered Nurse License, ACLS Certification, and Associate's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Basic professional knowledge

- working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
