Job Summary
Provide expert care to critically ill patients in a 12-bed ICU featuring private rooms and advanced monitoring technology. Manage high-acuity cases involving trauma, heart attacks, stroke, heart failure, respiratory failure, dysrhythmias, overdoses, and other life-threatening conditions requiring continuous monitoring and rapid interventions. Apply sharp clinical judgment and quick decision-making skills to support a close-knit team during challenging moments. Maintain an active Indiana RN license or valid compact RN license.
