Job Summary
Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate the care delivery needs of each individual patient in the ICU. Work alongside skilled healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality patient care while managing emergency situations and adapting to dynamic clinical environments. Demonstrate strong communication skills and organizational abilities within a multidisciplinary team. This full-time role offers flexible rostering options for a permanent position at Greenslopes Private Hospital, a world-class tertiary facility owned by Ramsay Health Care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months' experience working in an acute hospital setting
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Highly organised with a proven ability to manage emergency situations
- Demonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situations
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in ICU or HDU is not essential but highly desirable
