Registered Nurse ICU, PRN

Assess patient needs across adult, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations while acting as a patient advocate. Formulate goal-directed care plans based on nursing diagnoses and implement skilled interventions to achieve desired outcomes. Establish care priorities using available center resources and perform efficient emergency responses following established protocols. Document assessments and care activities timely and accurately on the floor and in patient records. Review and execute physician orders professionally while maintaining BLS and ACLS certifications. Participate in mandatory in-services and staff meetings, treating all patients equally under the center's Patient Rights policy.
